Alliance and why should others?" Their answers follow:
I joined the Team here at RE/MAX because I plan on being in this business for the rest of my life and I wanted to learn from the best. I was referred from one of the Top Realtors in Vancouver who let me know that I would get the best training and information from RE/MAX as well as added training from Victoria's top Realtor in Ron Neal. I have been at RE/MAX here for the last four months and I know that I made the right decision.

Why I chose RE/MAX Alliance to be the Company that I want to proudly display on my business cards, advertising and Sold signs.
Choosing the right Realty Company was extremely important to me. I interviewed the top 6 companies in Victoria and it became quite evident that RE/MAX Alliance was the right company to join for the following reasons:
- Having hugely successful and experienced Broker Agent Ron Neal and Manager Barrie Hewstan available to train and mentor and available to speak with on a daily basis is crucial to my success.
- The "Golden Rule" values/ethics/high road that Ron expects of his Sales Representatives parallels the ones that I live by day to day
- The company is very young and has a synergy about it that you can feel when amongst the group-high energy, fun, sharing with the community, successful, experienced and the wanting to share all of this with all the new realtors coming in board.

I was attracted to RE/MAX Alliance for the training and

For the past 10 years I've been a full-time realtor associated with a very professional and productive RE/MAX office in Calgary. In the recent months I found myself in a situation of having to move and settle myself, and my young family, in Victoria, leaving behind a very loyal real estate clientele I had built over the years. Re/Max based on my personal experience of selling and
buying with my Re/Max agent-friends. When I met Ron, Stan,
